As Principal Consultant at TrueFit, Phil Van Sickel provides project management, business process analysis and architectural design services to clients.

Starting in 2006, Phil brought 30+ years technology leadership experience to TrueFit. Phil has extensive expertise with Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Configuration and Financial services. His work has been highlighted in Fortune Magazine for enabling his company to gain 4 points of market share from the competitors in a highly entrenched 100 year old industry.

Phil has a B.A. in Mathematics from Grove City College.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and the great outdoors.
