Herb Weaver

Herb is a senior developer with over 25 years experience in custom software development. Before joining TrueFit, Herb was a member of the original development group at Lilly Software Associates (now Infor) that created Global Financials and other .NET based products. Prior to that, he had been the Group Leader of Custom Software managing all customization projects for Telesis Computer Corporation until its acquisition by Lilly. He started his career with Decision Resources Inc. in Pittsburgh.

Herb has a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Ohio State University, where he first learned to program on punch cards prior to the days of monitors or PCs. Later he expanded his computer skills with a Certificate in Application Development from the School of Computer Technology.

Over the years he has worked on the development and customization of numerous financial, payroll, warehouse, distribution, and EDI systems.

In his spare time, Herb likes to study genealogy, and spend time with his friends and family.
