Darrin is a native Pittsburgher who is passionate about helping people become more effective by applying the right technology to their life. Technology should truly fit your needs that's what the name TrueFit is all about. In 1997, Darrin launched TrueFit to advance that vision. Darrin's background includes more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain strategies and technology. Today, he enjoys meeting new customers, designing new software, and leading the company on its mission.
Darrin holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Grove City College where he is still active as a member of the Computer Science Advisor Board. Prior to TrueFit, Darrin was the IT Director for Penn United Technologies, a prominent leader in the tool and die industry.
Darrin also believes that we have a responsibility to invest in the common good of our communities and cities. This is one of TrueFit's core values.
To that end, Darrin serves on the board of Serving Leaders (formerly The Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation), an organization committed to transforming the culture of the city by developing its leaders. He also serves on the board of Imani Christian Academy, a private urban school in the East Hills, which transforms inner city kids into whole adults and releases them into lives of purpose and contribution. Darrin also serves on the board of New Community Church.
Most of all, Darrin enjoys his wife Chris and three sons, Andy, Tyler, and Ryan. He and the boys enjoy training in Triathlons and Tae Kwon Do. He also enjoys tinkering with new technology and reading good books on business and worldview.
