Christopher R. Evans
A proven brand-builder and rainmaker, Christopher brings fifteen years of experience in branding, business development, marketing, and management to his role as Vice President for TrueFit. In addition to providing leadership to the company's sales operations, Christopher focuses on developing strategic alliance partnership relationships, driving new business, and spearheading TrueFit's go-to-market strategy.
Prior to his role at TrueFit, Christopher served as Director of Marketing/Sales for Mind Over Media where he was responsible for new business development strategy and branding. Previously, Christopher served as Director of Global Marketing for iGATE Mastech (AMEX:MHH), a $100M IT consulting firm that regularly ranked among the industry's Top 100 Hot Growth Companies. At Mastech, Christopher led two major brand launches and expansion strategies, including a successful spin-off from former parent iGATE Corporation in 2008. In 2006, Christopher and two other top executives launched RPOworldwide, a start-up recruitment process outsourcing firm which operated under the Mastech corporate banner. RPOworldwide quickly gained solid traction and recognition by industry associations, including "2007 Thought Leader of the Year," "Emerging Market Leader," and having the "2008 Relationship of the Year".
In 2000, Christopher along with three other colleagues drove participation in an $1.5M initial angel investment fundraising round to form Blue Hammock, a technology start-up that grew into leader in the CRM consulting space. Blue Hammock met the needs of blue-chip clients, including Cox Communications, Fujitsu, and Canon, and as part of the company's original business plan, was later sold off via acquisition.
Christopher serves on the Board of Directors of American Marketing Association's Pittsburgh Chapter as Vice President of Membership, as an advisor to BlueTree Allied Angels, and on The Art Institute of Pittsburgh's Advertising Program Advisory Committee. Christopher is a published writer and regular speaker at industry events including recent speaking engagements to undergraduate and graduate business students at Duquesne University, The University of Pittsburgh, and The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Duquesne University.
When he's not busy wooing our clients, Christopher's often found on the ski slopes, humming a Sinatra tune, or smoking a cigar that would make Fidel proud.
