Adam Kirkton

Adam is a senior software developer on the Innovation team where he spends the majority of his time working on large scale web projects for various types of customers across multiple verticals. He particularly enjoys those projects that require learning a new technology or architecture design methodology and is also interested in expanding his knowledge of Ruby on Rails and Clojure in addition to the Microsoft .NET stack.

Adam graduated from Grove City College in 2003 with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and immediately began working at TrueFit, where he has earned the Microsoft Certified Professional Developer: Enterprise Application Developer 3.5 certifications.

In spite of growing up on a farm around rural Gridley, IL, Adam has adjusted to the city life around Pittsburgh and happily calls it home. He has a passion for pop culture and enjoys other typical geek pursuits. He also has a lovely wife who enjoys gardening and cooking shows and raising their young daughter who is reportedly quite a silly goose.
