Key network components are monitored on a constant basis, with the appropriate TrueFit staff alerted to any failures or symptoms of failures for hardware, software and operating systems critical to the business systems of our clients. Systems are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. Alerts are reviewed and acted upon during our standard support hours unless otherwise specified in a service level agreement.
