Credit Card Automation integrates credit card processing and fund capture directly into the standard VISUAL Manufacturing order entry, shipping, and invoicing processes. Credit cards can be attached to a customer order, checked at shipment, and have funds captured. With this process, the credit card solution automatically creates financial documents to record the credit card charges and will mark invoices as paid, saving data entry time and reducing errors.
