In 2004, we made the decision to implement an complete ERP system to replace our homegrown AS/400 software. We had some vendors refuse to bid on our System RFP due to the complexity.TrueFit approached the project with a very open mind and the result has been a tremendous return on investment. Our productivity and efficiency has grown past what we targeted when we began the project. We have had our ups and downs, but each issue was addressed and TrueFit took responsibility for their mistakes. That is what a true business partner does. What has surprised me the most are the programmers and their desire to learn our business and provide solutions to problems from the inside out. They never tried to force our business into the software, but adapted the software to our business. The Rename and Merge did exactly what we were looking to do with respect to renaming customer orders. I did the renaming in our test system before moving on to our live system, and it appears to have worked flawlessly. I was able to rename over 1300 customer orders in a couple of hours time.

I believe Visual Rename and Merge will be a valuable tool as we go about additional cleanup tasks within our Visual system.
