Your Capabilities:
- Experience in C#.Net WebForms or MVC, iOS apps, Android are all strongly preferred

TrueFit Solutions wants to hire a passionate, fresh and inventive UI designer. Candidates should have solid skills in graphic design and an excellent eye for typography, clean layout, purposeful color, and refined style. You must have a deep appreciation for simple, sleek, usable interfaces. Therefore, you must think strategically while executing with great attention to detail.
To be successful with our creative, agile IdeaLaunch approach, you must have the ability to successfully collaborate with other designers, client team members, and TrueFit Innovators to develop innovative, user-friendly products designed to enhance our clients' abilities to succeed. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, absolute comfort working with HTML and CSS, excellent visual design skills, great technical know-how, and proven expertise in designing for the web and mobile devices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience designing web-based products as a key member of a design team
- True leader, charismatic, communicator
- Able to successfully refine complex tasks and requirements to create easy to use interfaces
- Able to work boldly with a strong development team, presenting ideas/designs effectively
- Must be self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities, and meet critical project deadlines
- Effective problem solver, able to come up with creative solutions and entertain alternative solutions
- Fluent in HTML and CSS with full knowledge of associated capabilities/ limitations
- Comfortable working with iOS and Android
- Use Adobe Photoshop/Fireworks in your sleep
- Strong wireframing skills
